MJAPP Terms of Use
Effective Date: 11th February 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and THYE HUA KWAN MORAL CHARITIES LIMITED ("MJAPP," "we," "us").
1. Platform Role and Scope
MJAPP operates a technology platform that enables Organizations to publish micro jobs and Paid Volunteers to discover and perform them. MJAPP does not employ Paid Volunteers and does not act as an agent or contractor for any User.
2. Eligibility and Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate information and complete verification.
- You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
3. User Categories
Organizations: Post jobs, fund payments, and review work.
Paid Volunteers: Independent service providers responsible for performing jobs.
4. Payments and Fees
Funds paid by Organizations may be held in escrow and released only after job verification. Platform balances are not bank accounts and do not accrue interest.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not provide false information, circumvent payment systems, or harass other users. MJAPP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in Singapore courts.
